Limited Schedule - 3 Heat Start times

Instruction/Warm-up for first 10 min and WOD will start.
PLEASE BE ON TIME!
- If you are new to CrossFit (less than 3 months) you will do HALF or PARTNER Murph and Split the Reps
- If doing Solo - Break sets into rounds (10 Rounds of 10-20-30 or 20 rounds of 5-10-15, etc)
- Feel Free to Scale Run
- 60 Min Cap!
